We continue to encourage patients to wear face masks in the surgery, however it is no longer mandatory. Please be prepared the clinician may request you to wear one. If exempt, please inform the clinician or the reception staff.

Access

Our private staff car park provides disabled access. Please display the blue badge on your window screen. 

GDPR

Any requests of medical notes will require the patient to complete an 'access to medical notes' form completed with proof of ID. The patient will then be asked to collect notes and post to relevant department. Please be aware it may take up to 30 days for medical records to be processed.
